What is Clari Copilot?

Clari Copilot helps revenue teams win revenue-critical moments.

Clari Copilot’s conversation intelligence platform gives reps and managers tools to compete, spot revenue leak, and close deals. It offers:

  • Real-time battlecards and monologue alerts, so reps can navigate objections with ease and learn from winning behavior. And managers can track rep performance without 100s of hours of call shadowing.

  • Deal-changing insights like potential blockers, competitor mentions, and next steps, without having to listen to call recordings and keep track of multiple dashboards to know where a deal is in the sales process.

  • A RevGPT feature that automates busywork, with formatted call summaries, next steps, and suggested actions, in Slack. The feature can also be used to transform lengthy enablement material into concise battlecards.

  • Clari Copilot is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR ready, so it can operate with enterprise grade security. Users can manage their org with role-based access, single sign on, and active recording consent.

  • Clari Copilot integrates with dialers (e.g., Outreach, Aircall, HubSpot, RingCentral), video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeeting) and CRMs (e.g., SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot) to bring all the intelligence together.

We use Wingman to record calls and view the recordings seamlessly of the entire sales interaction, later on, the insights that are given throughout the journey of the entire sales call are valuable. We can view the recordings on the go whenever we like to check if we are missing out on any important detail. The amazing part is, if for some reason you cannot listen to the call, you have an option to read it as well and make your observations.
  • Call to text.
  • AI driven Insights throughout the entire sales interaction process.
  • Coaching/feedback.
  • Comment any observation you have to make.
  • None at the moment.
The overall experience has been great. It's a wonderful tool for managing the sales interaction process end to end. The AI-driven insights offered are valuable both to the AE as well as the manager who is alerted whenever a deal is at risk and is offered suggestions. It can be used as a wonderful coaching tool too. Not sure about areas where it cannot be used because we are a SaaS company and for us Wingman is an indispensable tool.

Since I am a Customer Success Manager, all my client meetings are recorded on Wingman. It helps the management review my calls and share feedback. Apart from this, it helps me analyze my meetings at a later point in time, clip the required meeting sections, share these recordings with the internal terms for collaboration or even share the Wingman recording with my clients if they are in need of the call recording. The dashboard is very simple to use and makes our life easier. We are easily able to analyze the call in detail, tag the required sections, and search and check specific keywords from the transcripts. It saves a lot of time for me and all the CSMs and makes us more productive on the calls as well.
  • Records the meetings with transcripts
  • The recordings are shareable both internally and externally
  • Easy to clip recordings and search for required keywords from the transcripts
  • Add the required comments to the recordings for future reference
  • The voice to text conversion can be more accurate
  • A feature to skip areas wherein there has been no conversation between the parties
  • AI based tags for the tone of the conversation in the meeting
  • Wingman works really well if you wish to analyze your calls in detail after the meeting
  • It's very easy to identify specific sections of the meeting based on the transcripts recorded
  • Easy to trim the sections that are not necessary and share them recording both internally and externally
  • Ability to add comments to the recordings that can be used for future reference

It records the call and sends me automated minutes of the call on slack, so integration and recording are great!!!

We do daily client onboarding and consulting calls so it needs to be recorded and Wingman helps us with that, you can also trim the recording before sending it for your engineering team and attach on tickets
  • Integration
  • Snippets
  • Recording
  • Video lagging
  • Ease of Use
  • Expensive
I take an average of 5 calls daily and train my juniors and give sessions, so the call must be recorded and you can create playbooks in Wingman as well.In my experience, the annoying part is when you watch the recording it hangs for 10 sec in the start and I reported it a long time back still it happens only this issue is there!

We use it to record sales calls. Automate note taking, and as needed, use it for documentation to share with other team members of what we are hearing from customers in the front lines. We also use it for rep coaching and to show best practices to other teams within sales and beyond.
  • Call recording automated super seamless
  • Integration with other CRMs and calendaring solution
  • Audio to text functionality is great
  • responsive support
  • The AI functionality can be done better
  • Automating the note taking to fields in Salesforce
  • AI that converts voice to text could be improved
If you need it for the fundamentals or basics such as note taking, call recording, ability to go back and view your calls to improve then it's a fantastic solution. If you're hoping for the AI to automate the note taking process where it automatically captures the fields your company wants you to track then I would steer away

I find it super easy and especially we need less training to use the product. The best part is you get to listen to your call again and jot down the points which I may have missed. I can also go through the customer training and demos.
  • To record calls.
  • Record the accent accurately.
  • Easy to use.
  • I would love it if we could skip recording for a few calls. Few customers don't like to get recorded.
  • Customizable reporting in the app.
  • No option to manually add calls to a folder.
I like that Wingman automatically transcribes conversations, allows you to speed up the playback, automatically separates callers based on voice recognition, and allows commenting in the timeline.

Wingman is used by our Global Sales Team for tracking and monitoring internal and external meetings. The New Business sales team is the primary user group for Wingman, followed by CSM and Existing Business teams as well. Not only can we go back to our calls and understand them better, but we can also use the recorded calls as training material for new joiners and for continuous learning and development. Additionally, many-a-time prospects want us to share a recording of a call or a demo with them, so Wingman makes life easy in that aspect as well. Another use-case is to scorecard our sales calls as well.
  • Wingman's Transcript Search is a super useful and powerful functionality. Lets you search for competitor names, specific keywords, prospect's challenges, etc.
  • Being a global sales organization, cross-geography learning has become easier through Wingman. GameTapes is useful in building a self-created content library.
  • Wingman Bot automatically jumps on every single call which is kept with anyone outside the organization. No hassle of explicitly recording the call every time.
  • Call Summary creation through AI is still not possible through Wingman. It's in their product roadmap though.
  • Mobile App is recently launched and has a few UI bugs which can be fixed.
  • Dashboard is not very rich in terms of reporting and analytics.
Content Creation: Wingman can be a game-changer when it comes to creating new content on the fly. This can include the current market situation, competitor battle cards, your own products' USPs, and a lot more. Better Forecast: Talk/Listen ratio is a key metric in forecasting how a demo/call was. Cold Calls from SDRs are not something that WingMan can support in terms of its Intelligent Alert systems.

We use it to record calls for training purposes and also pass on the recording to some clients who ask for it so that they can pass it on to their team who can view them at ease. Also, the intelligence gathered from it comes in quite handy. It is a very essential tool in case you want to track daily sales activity and also comes at a reasonable cost too.
  • Record calls.
  • Gets you snippet of specific parts of the call you want for various purposes.
  • Provides transcript of conversation.
  • Gives a good idea of talk-listen ratio.
  • Sometimes it misses entering the call which can be fixed.
  • If the prospect is late in joining, it often bounces off the call.
  • This new meeting consent thing which replaces meets invite to join is definitely a huge turn-off.
If you are a growing start-up and are at an early stage, this product is great to monitor quality as well as train any new salesperson to learn the processes. They can effectively review battle cards and be more efficient in the pitch. Also, it is great to keep track of calls that are ongoing and being recorded as you can pass them on wherever required.

Wingman is used at our organization to record customer and prospect-facing calls. It's been incredibly helpful to review discussions and decisions with key stakeholders. It has also been very useful in training new employees, supplementing other training methods, such as meetings, documentation, and live calls. Wingman's features make it really useful to connect with other team members in our organization to tag in a comment or snippet where relevant, share sections of the calls for efficiency, and scale with observer view, which allows you to add additional employees to view calls without paying for additional licenses.
  • Converting the call into an easy-to-follow written transcript very quickly
  • Sharing snippets of calls into quick links or commenting when someone is already a user
  • Providing direct insight into customer and prospect-facing feedback
  • Making it very easy to understand where new employees are in their training progress
  • Following threads in the comments more easily on a video page
Wingman is very helpful on our customer-facing calls. We find it so helpful to share information with our leadership, engineering, and product teams, and make decisions more quickly by avoiding note-taking efforts. For example, when we need to scope out customer feedback, a product team member can share the feedback relevant to their various team members with snippets, or get commented on by a customer-facing team member when things are relevant to them. The automatic alerts by keyword are also very useful and can trigger email-based alerts to anyone relevant to those topics. The game tapes are awesome when creating training content for new team members, as they are libraries specific to departments or responsibilities.

<b><u>Wingman is a life saver for Sales and Sales Operations</u></b><br><br>The SDR/AE function within my team works smoothly, all thanks to Wingman. The tool helps you vet the important points discussed on calls with prospects &amp; customers during the entire lifecycle. The ai-driven insights allow you to see what was discussed at certain points of a call without taking the time to actually watch the recording.
  • The dashboard and the reporting panel is an easy sail for everyone from day 1.
  • The extension that just needs a click to record all my CRM calls
  • I think audio to text translation can make life even easier for me.
I love the possibility of easily cutting up a part of the demo and then uploading it into a specific folder (game tape). This makes it easier for the team to find objections and how to deal with them and it as well makes the onboarding process for new sales reps faster. It can be used for different departments and not only for sales demos.

As a product manager, my role involves constantly interacting with customers to understand product needs and feedback. As I won't be able to attend all of the calls that my sales and presales team attend, I use Wingman to listen to calls later along with sharing feedback and key discussion points with my GTM colleagues.
  • Recording of calls
  • Transcript of calls
  • Allows users to comment at specific time stamps and tag colleagues.
  • AI in Wingman which translates speech to text is good.
  • It currently handles the use cases we expect out of the tool
Best for recording customer calls and sharing with the rest of the team for reference and discussion. A great tool for collaborating with a larger team and sharing key insights from conversations that others couldn't be part of. Also, categorising calls and referring to them later the other use cases that I use Wingman for.

WIngman has been a great addition to our fully remote team. It has made onboarding much easier with the ability to create libraries of good calls for new employees to listen to, comment and score. We use it for coaching moments throughout the call for continuous upskilling. I can't imagine doing half of the sales training we perform without Wingman. It has been so effective we have even gotten our other departments using Wingman and they love it as well.
  • Call recording.
  • Integrating with HubSpot.
  • Recommended coaching moments.
  • SUPPORT IS AMAZING AND SO RESPONSIVE.
  • The scorecards are new and great but could use a little more customization.
  • Could be better at recording non Zoom based calls.
As a former user of Gong, Wingman has been an excellent solution for my growing team as we have limited capacity to implement all the features that Gong/Chorus offers. Wingman has provided me with everything I need and nothing I don't to create a successful call coaching environment, enable my team with better resources, be easy to use, create a bank of calls for every need, and more.

Wingman is used in our organization to record our client-based as well as internal meetings. It perfectly works as our notetaker and helps us remember key points. The desktop application they have is a little buggy and sometimes stops responding but is really helpful in bookmarking the call for important items that were discussed.
  • Transcription
  • Search key words and pointers that were discussed
  • Bookmarking at certain time on the call
  • Desktop application for MacOS

Best suited for Sales and Customer Interactions where key points are discussed.

We use it to organize our call recordings. We have different systems we use, and it makes it really easy to find all the calls in one place. It makes finding specific calls really easy. Senior leaders also use it for training and management. All of the teams in our organization are using it in some form pretty much on a daily basis.
  • Wingman organizes calls really well. Makes finding them by user or platform easy.
  • The transcription of calls makes finding calls based on specific words used easy.
  • The interface is very user friendly.
  • Don't have any issues with Wingman at the moment.
We have had times when we have had calls that we have needed to find but only knew specific terms. Wingman makes searching just based on words said in the call possible. It is great for organizing and finding calls across all platforms we use.

We use it as our default online meeting recording tool. A bot joins the call and records and transcripts the entire call. It also provides on-call cue cards when certain keywords are spoken, interactivity scores, integration with our CRM, and much more. It's a great tool for team coaching, and analytics to review the interactions, note-taking not for users!
  • Online meeting recording
  • Transcription
  • Coaching
  • Analytics
  • AI based recommendations for improving interactivity etc.
  • Deal predictability based on key words.
  • More dashboards and reporting.
It's a must-have tool if you have an inside sales team working remotely. Makes their job very easy to go back and look at their calls, and notes. Makes it easy for the managers to review and coach. Overall analytics improve.

I conduct customer meetings on a daily basis, and Wingman is always there on my calls. Wingman addresses an array of problems for me; for example, once I am done with the call, I have a detailed transcript of what was discussed along with the call recording. I can then share this with the customer or revisit it to recollect information. This is the most useful property of Wingman.
  • Records calls
  • Transcript of speech
  • Captures questions through AI and can prompt with battle cards during sales call
  • Sometimes the transcript is incorrect, that can be improved
If you are in sales or have regular customer meetings, then Wingman is imperative. It helps make your life easier by capturing minute details that you might miss while on the call. Another great thing about Wingman is that it can help you with flashing battle cards and other documents that might come in handy during the meeting.

My team at Properly needed a way to provide managers with a consistent framework way to assess, coach, and review calls from the sales team. In addition, we wanted to assess the sales calls against our own internal training and sales methodology. The Wingman scorecards have been incredibly helpful for my team. Not only do we use them for coaching and reviewing calls, but they have been a great way for our sales team to individually identify which skills they need to improve upon.
  • Review Sales Call
  • Provide quantitative scoring using Wingman scorecards
  • Review sales scripting via Wingman transcripts from Sales calls
  • Leaves comments and feedback for sales teams
  • Coach agents by reviewing calls and identifying gaps
  • Allow more than 1 scorecard to be used per call
  • Allow a client-facing version to be sent to clients (Without the comments or scorecard visible)
- reviewing sales calls and provide feedback/coaching - used to onboarding new sales team members by reviewing successful calls/blockers/objection handling - used for individuals sales team members to complete self-assessments and identify areas of improvement - team-based coaching: sales team can review each others' calls to learn new techniques and identify common blockers

First and foremost Wingman automatically recording all phone calls and meetings is invaluable to my company's sales organization for a number of reasons: It keeps everyone accountable and it allows managers to provide in-depth coaching - we've implemented call review as an integral part of our 1 on 1 processes, thanks to Wingman. It also allows us to watch fellow salespeople's calls to learn from them (this is encouraged within my organization) The AI-driven insights allow a user to see what was discussed in a call without actually watching it. I would highly recommend this solution to any company with customer-facing reps. The Wingman team has been phenomenal to work with, they're very receptive to feedback and are extremely proactive should any issues come up.
  • Syncing with calendars to ensure the Wingman "bot" always joins meetings
  • Integration with our phone system to record outbound and inbound calls with the ability to automatically attribute calls to the correct rep
  • AI generated transcripts of calls
  • Searching for specific calls (you can scroll through the list, but that takes time)
  • The dashboard isn't as user friendly as it could be, but a seasoned user can navigate it just fine
  • The AI-driven insights aren't always accurate but are still very useful nonetheless
It works exceedingly well when reviewing calls with management and other internal stakeholders. You never need to remember to record calls, with Wingman they're always recorded. It's sometimes tricky finding a recording from more than a few days ago (due to the sheer volume of calls to sift through).

Wingman transcribes all of our customer calls and helps in reviewing recordings with search capabilities to find out if certain keywords are being used or if certain discovery questions are being asked correctly.
  • Records all calls and hosts it
  • Transcribes all customer calls
  • Helps in search functionalities on rep calls for quality checking
  • No suggestions for improvement at the moment
Wingman is well suited for recording interactions between the company and customers, so it can be indexed, researched, and reviewed as required in the future. Managers will find it easier to review "game film" of their reps and quickly ascertain if certain discovery questions are being asked. They can also look for indicators of training required by checking for phrases like "I don't know" or "I'm not sure," or "I'll have to get back to you on that."

Wingman has helped us take notes during sale calls and this allowed us to be more concerned about the conversation than trying to double task and write down notes. Being able to be more involved during the call, we have seen roughly a 7% increase in closed/won deals since we started using Wingman. Wingman has also been a great training tool for our new reps.
  • Record calls.
  • Provide easy access to scripts.
  • Providing pre-loaded cue cards.
  • Provide feedback.
  • Nothing.
  • Overall a great tool.
Wingman is a great tool for any and all sales teams. The intelligence it offers and all the battle cards that can be cued based on keywords have helped many reps respond Intelligently. Wingman is an excellent tool for recording demos and providing coaching to reps. It transcribes calls and provides AI feedback, tagging competitors and other topics. It also allows for saving "game tapes" for sales onboarding and a deal view. Overall, it has the functionality of more expensive options like Gong or Chorus but at prices affordable for a small business or startup.
  • Recording and transcribing calls
  • AI analytics around call topics
  • Insights and coaching around sales rep behavior
  • Occasionally, calls don't record all the way
  • You need to be on top of your calendar to disinvite Wingman from external non-sales calls (i.e., with investors)
  • Transcription could be better
Wingman is well-suited to a growing startup or small business looking to provide increased coaching and feedback on demos but without the budget for a full suite like Gong or Chorus. It's probably less appropriate for a sales team of one, although even for a single rep, it may be valuable for being able to review calls.

It is used as a sales analytics tool. Helps us understand the sales conversation, positive and negative pointers, evaluate and improve on the discussions. Also, recordings and transcripts help in evaluating in a lot of depth and revisit important discussions. The tool also helps in understanding and learning from other team members and making relevant suggestions to help the team grow. Features to make cue cards help to overcome conversation blockers and keep the pitch effective.
  • Team Insights: gives a very good understanding of your whole team. Helps you evaluate your team's calls, understand the points they are missing and adding relevant and positive notes.
  • Learn from the team in your own time and access their discussions.
  • Topics: delivers different standard we create which are prime points in the meetings. Helps in understanding your standing w.r.t rest of the team on various constraints. Can help you go to specific team members' calls to understand about specific areas they are performing good at and understand.
  • Helps to see your own performance and evaluate. Standing on certain KPIs kept to understand how well you are doing w.r.t. the whole team at a avg.
  • Cue cards: Helps you put specific points and resources which will appear in realtime with certain trigger words/phrases. Helps us tackle and answer queries properly during the discussion
  • Recording and transcript quality: doesn't catch different accents and transcripts become poor and useless. Might also skew the analytics and insights because of this
  • Better evaluation of AI based auto KPIs in the topics and dashboard
  • Better dashboard to put various topics and insights, making personal/public space adding all the important components that might vary from tea to team
Cue cards: Helps you put specific points and resources which will appear in real-time with certain trigger words/phrases. Helps us tackle and answer queries properly during the discussion When you have a more elaborate product or much information to be discussed, can't think of a better way to remind it effectively. Avoids situation making you uninformed in the calls
