- Being a global sales organization, cross-geography learning has become easier through Wingman. GameTapes is useful in building a self-created content library.
- Wingman Bot automatically jumps on every single call which is kept with anyone outside the organization. No hassle of explicitly recording the call every time.
- Call Summary creation through AI is still not possible through Wingman. It's in their product roadmap though.
- Mobile App is recently launched and has a few UI bugs which can be fixed.
